Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

Pre-Shipment Cancellation:

 

Customers can cancel their orders before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at mybabystoreho@gmail.com or +91 9900024212 as soon as possible.

If the order is successfully canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method depending on the payment gateway, the customer’s bank, and internal processing procedures.

  • Cancellation requests made after an order has been shipped will be treated as returns, and our return policy will apply.

 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the customer can initiate a return as per our Return Policy [Link to Return Policy].

  • Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun. These items are made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
  • Cart Offers and Discounted Products:

For product(s) purchased through a specific cart offer or any other discount offer inside the order, if any one of the products gets delivered to the user, then cancellation will not be applicable for all the other products tagged under the same cart offer.

 

In case of a return of a delivered product purchased under a cart offer, the refund for the returned item will be processed, but cancellation of the remaining items will not be permitted.

 We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
Product unavailability or stock issues.
Errors in product pricing or information. 
Suspicion of fraudulent activity
Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
Shipping location not being serviceable.
Any other reason beyond our control.
 

If we cancel an order, we will notify the customer via email or phone and provide a full refund to the original payment method.

We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the customer and explain the reason for the cancellation

If a product is cancelled, then the free product associated with the product will also get cancelled if such free product has not been dispatched or in transit for delivery at Customer’s designated location.
